Types of Education and Training:

1. New Staff Orientation: Training designed for new employees to be familiar with the working environment, corporate business visions and culture. Operation-specific new employee training related to the employee’s individual department will be provided in the first three months of employment. The organization, policies and rules of the Company will all be explained.
2. On-job / Professional Training: On-job or professional training for new employees will be arranged by their unit head according to their competence and related experience.
3. Manager Training: Training for the managerial staff to nourish and enhance their management abilities. The ultimate goal of this training is to achieve a complete upgrade of management efficiency to cater to the Company’s future development.
4. Collective Training: All kinds of group trainings to improve the Company's operational efficiency and health.
