General Description
The AAT7369E/7369F/7369G/7369H/7369I is a highly efficient dual channel current mode buck converter operating at 1.8 MHz. The supply voltage ranges from 2.5V to 5.5V, making the AAT7369E/7369F/7369G/7369H/7369I  suitable for single Li-Ion battery-powered devices such as cellular phones, PDAs and MP3 players. The AAT7369E/ 7369F/7369G/7369H/7369I has guaranteed minimum output current of 1A for each channel.
Each channel of the AAT7369E/7369F/ 7369G/7369H/7369I include a pair of internal synchronous switches with low on-resistance to maximize efficiency and eliminate the need for an external Schottky diode. Moreover, the device is compensated internally so that no external compensation network is required. The fast 1.8MHz internal oscillator allows for a small inductor and a small output capacitor while minimizing output ripple. The AAT7369E/7369F/7369G/7369H/7369I provides low dropout operation with 100% duty cycle to extend battery life, and is ideal for mobile applications.
